Delete my data
Seryz stores nothing online. Deleting your data is therefore immediate and done entirely from your phone, with no request to us and no processing delay.
We hold no data at all
The app has no account, no server and no sync. We hold no copy of your workouts, your body weight or your settings. There is no deletion request to send us: all of your data sits in the app's private storage, on your device.
Before erasing: an optional backup
Deletion is final and irreversible. If you might want your history back one day, export it first.
- 1Open Seryz, then the Settings tab.
- 2Under Data, choose Export backup (JSON).
- 3Save the file somewhere other than the phone, for example a storage service or your own email.
Erase all of your data
All of your data lives in the app's private storage, so erasing that storage erases everything.
- 1The direct route: uninstall Seryz. On iOS, long-press the icon then Delete App. On Android, long-press the icon then Uninstall. The local database goes with the app.
- 2To start fresh while keeping the app installed (Android): phone Settings, Apps, Seryz, Storage, then Clear data. On iOS you have to uninstall, as the system offers no separate wipe.
- 3If iCloud or Google backup is switched on, also delete Seryz's backup in your device settings, otherwise an older copy could be restored later.
After deletion nothing can be recovered, by you or by us. Any permission you granted to Apple Health is revoked separately, in the Health app's settings.
